Le Chatlier's Principle
This lesson plan will give your students a basic overview of equilibrium and Le Châtelier’s Principle. Your students will be able to describe the major stresses applied to a system in equilibrium and predict the direction of shift for a reaction with changes in temperature, pressure, concentration, and the addition of a catalyst. The bell ringer reviews reaction rates with identifying parts of a reaction coordinate diagram and explaining the effects of concentration, temperature, surface area, and addition of a catalyst on reaction rate.
This lesson plan includes:
•Student Note Sheet
•Power Point Notes
•Answer keys to everything!
