Still searching for the perfect lesson plan form for your PreK or preschool classroom?
There are two choices of two page forms divided into columns by day of the week. The first page has a spot for your Question of the Day, Art/Craft and/or Small Group time, Circle Time, and Snack/Outside notes. The second page has space for another Art/Craft and/or Small Group time and Story Time. The bottom section of the second page has boxes for what you have at your centers throughout the week. This helps me make sure I have thought of all of my classroom areas as I am planning the week even though I may not change every center every week.
The first plan form only has spots for text. The second plan form allows for adding images to your plan in the image boxes. I use images from my computer of arts and crafts projects and photos of the books I am using each week in these image fields.
All text boxes are editable in Adobe Acrobat Reader. The file comes with a list of helpful hints so that you can change the font type, size, and color in each box as you like.
As a bonus my Bear theme and School theme lesson plans are also included in this file. Please be sure to have downloaded the latest version of Adobe Acrobat to ensure that you can CTRL-click the links to see where I found all of the activities for my lessons.
