During a walk-through my administrator admired this lesson plan template. With that, I thought I should share it. I have posted it as a Word, Rich Text file document so you can type in your lessons and make adjustments and tailor it to meet your needs. When I use this document I abbreviate most items like grade level expectations to save space. I left them unabreviated in the document so everyone would know what they are. This template allows me to see my complete lesson in a very concise way as well as my administrator. It also allows me to see very easily the rigor spiraling through the grade levels at a glance. I place the pages in page covers and then into a binder laying open just as you see in the example. I can see all grades lessons at one glance. It is the best lesson template I have used in all of my years of teaching.
