Looking for a way to get your students reflecting on their lessons? Download this free lesson summary template for students to reflect on what they learned and what questions they still have.
This template was designed with adult students in mind and functions like an Exit Ticket. The template is clean (no images and a clear font with plenty of writing space). So many adult students would benefit from something like an Exit Ticket, but the designs and themes are often targeted at K-12 students. This template is in no way childish, but can absolutely be used with elementary/middle/high school students.
This template is designed to go at the beginning of a three ring binder or a folder. Students will write the date and then place a check mark next to how they feel at the end of the lesson (understood, didn't understand, etc...). Then students will write a summary of the lesson in the space provided and write down any questions they may have for the teacher. This can be used for studying, review, record keeping, to accompany assessments and evaluations, etc.
The file includes two copies of the lesson summary template so that you can print copies double sided.
I hope you find this document as useful as I do!
