Cue cards designed to support vocabulary and descriptive language
•Using Adjectives illustrated reminder for students to use words that describe shape, size, color and feeling.
•5-Sense Word Cards Provide students with vocabulary based on the five senses. Cards are divided according to sense "looks like" "sounds like"smells or tastes" "feels (touch)" "feels (emotions)". Tabs with matching illustrations were added to make it easier for students to find the right word list.
•Category Vocabulary List of 20 categories (animals, clothes etc.) intended to support students as they initiate a description.
•Adding Details Cue cards that encourage use of relevant questions (what color? What category? Does it have special parts? etc). Great for descriptive language activities such as barrier games.
The cards are 2.6x7.02 inches and can be stored on a ring for easy access.
