Product Description
Students get extra practice by building and reading sentences using this simple method. Nouns are red. Verbs are blue. Adjectives are green. Students match colors and create a sentence that is grammatically correct but just may be silly. A fox can sit. That's true but...Can a hat hum?
All words with the exception of the word "the" are decodable words. Most are cvc. Some include a consonant blend.
There are two versions in this book. The original version uses words and sentences cards with colored rectangular boxes. The low printer ink version uses colored borders.
This activity is perfect for small groups or individual practice.
