What better way to teach than integrate technology. Two-Word Signing builds upon skills and begins the process of developing fluency by adding new vocabulary to begin speaking two word phrases and sentences.
There are 14 pages of images and videos to learn from in this book. Students will be able to work independently or you may use it as a class activity. Under each image is a video. For example, when you see the image of eat and pie on the page, click them. Under the pictures, a video is integrated and a student is demonstrating the word eat and pie, which forms a simple sentence for emerging sign language learners.
This is an excellent tool for students with language and hearing deficiencies. I used it in my classroom for students with severe and moderate cognitive delays, as well as students with autism and it was one of the best tools I could have developed. It's portable and accessible on devices that are used at school and home.
Images are colorful and the book is very simple to use, with interactivity on each page.
Two-Word Signing can be used at all grade levels.
