About This Resource:
Are you teaching your students to identify their letters and to hear the sound(s) that each letter makes? Then, this interactive PowerPoint can help!
Students identify each letter and then will see two pictures. They say the word that each picture represents and then decide on the word that has the first sound as the letter on the screen.
For the vowels and the consonants c and g, two different screens are presented. For the vowels, both the long and short sounds are targeted. For the consonants c and g, both the hard and soft sounds are addressed.
This resource can be used for your whole class, small groups, or one-to-one to identify these early literacy skills.
Happy teaching and please stop back again! Also, please leave feedback. I would love to hear from you!
