Have your students create their own FITT schedule that they start in the beginning of the year, after taking their first pacer (or other cardio endurance) assessment. Go over the FITT principal and use this to have students create their own plan. If they stick to their schedule, they can improve their score by the end of the year! Easy enough for elementary age children to do.
