I’ve been reading Intellectual Character by Ron Ritchhart, which is a wonderful book designed to teach teachers how to make kids think. This book must be getting into my head because I dreamt this lesson last night. I was in a class where a series of questions was assigned to us. I spent much of my sleeping state trying to figure out how to answer, and I knew this is something that must be brought to the gifted classroom. I could see it done with just about any age. It would be interesting to see the difference between a high school student’s response to a question compared to one in the elementary years. If you purchase my lesson, I’d love for you to share student answers with me.
