*A note from the teacher author: The X, Y and Z, Q sets contains fewer printables than the other packs. While the other letter packs include the beginning sound isolation and beginning sound cut and paste pages, the x, y and z, q sets do not.

There are two reasons for this. First, there were not enough concrete pictures to represent the beginning sounds for y, z, and q. Second, students learn the sounds /ks/ for x first, which only comes at the end of words. I did not want to create any confusion for young students!
