This game board can be printed and laminated to prevent wear. You will need a dice and a game piece for each player. I would recommended no more than 4 players at a time. The game can be played in multiple different ways depending on level. You simply roll the dice and move that many spaces! Students who still need letter recognition will just say the letter name that they land on. Students who struggle with letter sounds would say the letter sound that they land on. Students who are working on first sound can say a word that begins with the letter that they landed on. You could also play by doing all three; for example, if a student lands on h, he/she would say "h, /h/, horse." It is meant to be a simple game that students can play on their own during a reading station.
