This is a cute and quick, easy to prep activity to help students with uppercase and lowercase letter matching. Just print, laminate, and cut. This matching activity makes a great center, morning tub, or fast finisher task.

Students say the name of the uppercase letter on the card. They use plastic linking cubes {or other small manipulatives} to cover all of the matching lowercase letters. Lowercase letters are presented in a variety of fonts. This helps students to recognize the letters in a variety of texts and settings, such as environmental print.

This packet also includes five additional no-prep practice pages to help reinforce matching uppercase and lowercase letters. Great for homework, morning work, or an extra center. You could also slide these pages in to a page protector for an additional center activity.

This packet includes:
-26 Alphabet cards for letters A-Z
-"I Can" visual direction pages to promote independence
-Recording sheet to hold students accountable for their work (optional)
-5 No-Prep practice pages to reinforce the skill
