This lesson is for designed for those with Microsoft Word 2013.
The download contains:
2)Student Directions. The Student Directions are designed so that students can follow them step by step. The teacher simply needs to place the directions in a read only folder for students to access.
3) Located in the Student Directions are student exemplars.
In this activity students will create a picture out of letters on their keyboard. This is a fun activity, but it will also help students become more familiar with navigation in Microsoft Word with the keyboard – namely the spacebar, enter key, arrow keys, and other letters. In the end, students will love doing this project and will be excited about their pictures. It is harder than it looks!
Time: Roughly 2 50-60 minute class periods (depending on the skill level of your students)
Before You Begin:
• Put a copy of the Letter Picture Student Directions in a read-only folder that all students have access to.
• Read through the directions and make sure you are familiar with the lesson.
• Add or change anything as you see fit.
