I use these play-dough mats daily
in my Kindergarten classroom! I use
them as a center in my reading
groups. I make 5 0r 6 copies of whatever letter we are working on for that week and put them in sheet protectors (or laminate them). I have them in a bucket with 5 or 6 dry-erase markers and 5 or 6 erasers. When the children are done with their seat work for the day the grab a letter mat, a thing of play-dough, a dry-erase marker and an eraser and work quietly at their seat forming the letters with play-dough and practice writing the letter with the marker on the lines provided at the bottom.
