Description

This 16 page packet focuses on letter recognition as students find the letter that is the same as the letter at the beginning of each row.

The first 8 pages include capital (uppercase) letters A-Z. There are 5-7 rows of letters on each page. The first two pages have A-G. The next 2 pages have H-N. The next 2 pages have O-U, and the last 2 pages have V-Z.

On the first of each of these pages, students are to circle the letter that is the same as the first letter in each row. On the second of each of these pages, students are to color the letters that are the same in each row a particular color.

The last 8 pages include lowercase letters a-z. The above directions are the same for these pages.

At the top of each page, there is also a picture with a missing letter (beginning, middle, or end). Students are to complete the word by writing the missing letter.
