Letter to Santa With a Twist
'Tis the season to be jolly, so here's a quick, easy and fun little writing prompt FREEBIE for December. Thanks for all you do to make learning fun.
Instead of having students write a letter to Santa about what they want, this letter has a unique twist.
Children write on behalf of someone special in their lives, that they think deserve a present.
You can introduce the lesson to older students by saying, "If there really was a Santa, and he really was able to bring a special present . . ."
Completed projects make a sweet "Christmas is Caring" bulletin board too.
I'm Diane from Teach With Me wishing you a delightful December.
