Do you need more activities for your Literacy Centers? This is a great activity that can be done independently or with a teacher as an intervention.
I use this product at an independent center or during my intervention groups.
Students need repetitive practice with letters and sounds to commit them to memory.
1. Print the pages in color and put in a sheet protector.
2. The student will use a dry erase marker and circle one letter at the top of the page.
3. Student will circle that word throughout the page while whispering the letter/sound to themselves each time they circle.
4. Erase page and pick a new letter at the top, repeat.
*Letters are in order based on the Kindergarten Units in CKLA (Core Knowledge Language Arts).
