Level 1 - Minimal information that has not been developed (an empty cone)
Level 2 - An attempt has been made but the information lacks detail (a simple ice cream)
Level 3 - A grade-level piece of work that has met the expectations (a more interesting ice cream with sprinkles)
Level 4 - A piece of work that surpasses all expectations for the task (the most interesting and delicious ice cream cone with sprinkles and a cherry on top)
