Level Up! Is a project system that combines critical thinking skills, multiple intelligences, and project-based learning in an extremely productive and student-centered manner. This project system is adaptable to all classroom cultures and even for cross-curricular ventures. This core pack includes a teacher's guide for classroom implementation, 21 unique project cards that combine critical thinking skills and multiple intelligences with project-based learning, 7 corresponding rubrics, and more.
The projects are scored according to the critical thinking skill required to complete the task. The project levels follow Bloom's Taxonomy as follows:
Each level below Level 10 also offers an option for the student to 'level up' with that project by adding depth or breadth. Therefore, each Level 2 can become a Level 4, each Level 4 can become a Level 6, and each Level 6 can become a Level 10.
Each project is introduced with a situation that places the task into a potential real-world work situation. This offers relevance and also helps the student focus on a very specific audience.
The projects included in this core pack include:
HEADHUNTER (character traits list)
