These bookmarks were created to help teachers, students, and parents understand what comprehension questions to ask are beneficial at a student's current reading level.
I used the Fountas and Pinnell Continuum of Literacy Learning to discover the new information/thinking readers need to do at each level.
During Guided Reading and while conferring, I print and laminate the bookmarks to remind myself what questions I can ask students at each level.
During Partner Reading, students keep these laminated bookmarks in their baggies to remind themselves what things they can talk about with a partner.
I also give these bookmarks to families to ask their kids questions about their books after they have finished reading.
