Download the Preview for a more detailed description of all of my leveled math file folders
Even though these are created using the Michigan Essential Elements, they are pulled from the Common Core State Standard. You can check out all of the Michigan Math Essential Elements HERE:
9 folders focusing on the following topics; differentiating lines, recognizing lines, identifying lines, The rest are not associated with CCSS: 2D/3D shape words, 2D/3D shape match, 2D/3D shape sort, build with shapes
All file folder packs include a data sheet (1 data sheet for the ENTIRE resource :))
I designed these file folders to make sure my students were working on the skills in which they will be tested on.
Even though these are aligned with the Michigan Essential Elements, they can be used in a variety of states and settings as the Michigan Essential Elements are modified from the Common Core State Standards.
Each area has 3 levels of difficulty. The 3 levels correlate with the 3 levels of accommodated state assessments offered in Michigan.
- High Range of Complexity will be measured using MI-Access Functional Independence
- Medium Range of Complexity will be measured using MI-Access Supported Independence
- Low Range of Complexity will be measured using MI-Access Participation
These folders can be used for direct instruction, independent practice, center work, work with a para professional or in the general education classroom.
