I created these book labels so that I could easily level my classroom library. I know that different schools use different leveling systems, but I think these could work for most. The first blank next to the book is for you to write the level. The second blank next to the computer is for you to write a quiz number if your program has a computer quiz component for reading comprehension. I print mine in black and white because our system also has a color code that goes along with the point value, so I color in the book myself with markers as I label. This comes in handy when students are book shopping and returning their books to the correct bins. I rarely ever have to sort through my book bins now because my first graders are putting them where they belong on their own!
I left it as a Word document so you can edit accordingly. Enjoy!
