Product Description
As is true for many teachers, I became tired of using multiple choice worksheets to understand where my students were at in their science understanding. This gives you an easy three leveled system that gets harder the further you go. You can use it as homework, differentiated classwork, or a simple assessment. I am using it in conjunction with a flipped science classroom. Triple Jump Worksheets are designed to give students an easy set of vocabulary questions, a harder set of interpretive challenges and then a critical thinking puzzle related to the topic.

In this set:
Potential Kinetic:
-Hop: Identify whether the picture is potential or kinetic
-Skip: Identify energy type as well as an example for the energy transfer diagram
-Jump: Roller coaster, given a graph design the roller coaster

Electricity and Magnets:
-Hop: Identify diagram/Vocabulary
-Skip: Identify whether this circuit diagram would light up
-Jump: Ohm's Law, Design a functional circuit that is the biggest given the following materials

Sound Waves:
-Hop: Vocabulary Fill in the Blank
-Skip: Identify the parts of a Compression Wave on Diagram
-Jump: Given several sound wave sequences, which song is best represented and why?

Light Waves:
-Hop: Vocabulary Fill in the Blank
-Skip: Identify the parts of a Transverse Wave
-Jump: Logic Puzzle, what color shirt is each person wearing based on the clues?
