Product Description
Overview:
Use these cards as a way to check your students understanding! They are perfect for a quick check at the end of a lesson.

These tools are intended to assess understanding after lessons. This is based upon Marzano's Levels of Understanding and is communicated to students in a child friendly way.

I put my cards in the adhesive square label pockets from Target. If you don’t have these, you can hole punch them at the top and put them on loose-leaf rings. I chose to make the cards into a display since I teach in the resource room and my students don’t have desks. You can also put them on the corners of students desks. You may also choose to put them on loose-leaf rings and have students keep them in their desks. They can hold the cards up at the end of a lesson. I made mine into a display and have included pictures, instructions, and the letters I used if you would like to make one as well. You will need the adhesive pockets to do this.

Be sure to check out the preview!

What's Included?
→Instructions and an overview
→ Levels of understanding cards with the levels and without the levels- in black and white and in color
→ Posters with the levels and without the levels- in black and white and in color
→ Letters to cut out for the display (optional)

To Use:
♥ Included are several different versions of the cards. There is a version with the levels included in color and black and white. There is also a version of the cards without the levels in color and black and white.
♥ If you are using the black and white version (this is what I used) I would recommend printing each level on a different color. I love using Astrobrights! I like putting each level on a different color because it allows you to quickly check to see where the majority of your class’ understanding is.
♥ As mentioned on the previous page these can either be put on rings or the adhesive square label pockets from Target. If you are planning on using the adhesive pockets, be sure to cut right on the black line when cutting them out. That will ensure that they fit. If you are going to put them on a loose-leaf ring, I recommend laminating them and then hole punching them at the top corner to attach them.
