This test is broken down by standard based grading. In the 2 section, students are asked to identify vocabulary and asked what the basic description of what the Louisiana Purchase and Lewis were. The 3 section (target goal) identifies the siginificance of both and involved sequencing. The 4 section (above and beyond) asks students to identify what the country would be like if the Louisiana Purchase had never occurred. In the squencing section, students are to take individual events and glue them in the correct sequence of events. The test follows a unit on both the Louisiana Purchase and Lewis and Clark Expedition. Three pages for the test are included as well as the pieces for the sequencing portion. This assessment is actually quicker than it seems, it took my class 30 minutes to complete.
