Library Check Out Cards - FREEBIE!

I cannot tell you how many times I saw students check out books, blow through them, and then not be able to tell me what they read.

This pack will solve that!

This is a small set of library check out cards. The first page is a simple card with name, date, and book title for checking out books. This is a way for teachers to see who is reading what. Then, it's followed by two different pages - one is a smaller version while the other is the "original" version. Students write their name, title of the book, main characters, setting, and a summary of the story.

This can be used as a comprehension activity, a small assessment, or just a simple exit ticket before borrowing a new book.
