Directions with a visual are included:
Students attach “a” legs on the same side as the dashed line.
Students fold circle in half on the dotted line.
Once folded, students attach “b” and “c” legs on the opposite side.
Students glue tongue (“d”) on the same side as the dashed line.
Students glue life cycle circles to tongue.
Students attach eyes to top of fold on opposite side of the dashed line.

Students cut out wings from page 4.
Students glue wings to attach black circle on page 3.
When students glue, encourage them to put a dot of glue on the underside of the dashed line area. Then the wings will be able to be folded back.
Students glue head on top of wings/dashed line area. Students glue life cycle circles from page 5 onto the black circle in order.
