The questions on this four page test over the life cycle of a plant features many questions on process skills and follows the sequence of a science investigation on plants – exploration, question, prediction, plan, data collection, and conclusion. It highlights all levels of Bloom’s Taxonomy – knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation. The questions are comprised of multiple choice, true/false, short answer, fill in the blank, sequencing, and short essay. Answers are included. This test is appropriate for grades 4-7.
