Making associations between tasks and objects needed is a crucial language and life skill. Making sure you have everything you need to complete a task is an important part of daily living skills. Help students learn the names of actions and objects needed for specific tasks in specified locations.
This is an activity I have used for a long time with both kids and adults in residential schools or homes, and it has also been used in schools.
* a file folder-type activity component with tasks in their appropriate room and items needed and
* a game board with game card and spinner
