ThinkBuildLive Success is a life skills and self-empowerment program whose goal is to ensure students' success both in school and in the workplace. Regardless background, life circumstances, or level of education, the tools they will develop in this program will empower them to make changes that will dramatically improve the quality of their lives. Students will learn to recognize those choices and behaviors that are, and are not, working for them, as well as techniques for self-motivating, identifying and achieving their goals, communicating with integrity, starting down a well-matched career path, and staying on track with a sustainable plan of action. The program utilizes targeted exercises, group activities, class discussion, inspirational films, motivational games, and other creative means to make every lesson engaging and relevant to real life.

In Chapter 4: You’ve Got What it Takes, students identify their particular type(s) of intelligence and learning style, and employ methods for best utilizing their strengths. Chapter 5: A Healthier You will give them essential tips on how to get and stay healthy, manage stress, and stay motivated. Looking toward the future, Chapter 6: Making it Happen will help students assess their progress, imagine a positive future, and create a plan of action to make that future a reality.
Book 2: TBLS is based on the belief that to achieve the greatest degree of personal and professional success, we need to be self-empowered. This means that we recognize, utilize, and take responsibility for the power of choice we have in all aspects of our lives. Book Two helps students to do that by promoting personal development in three key areas: self-perspective, communication, and goal setting. Each of these is explored in-depth, as students are taken through a process of developing awareness, making constructive choices, and building a structure to help support ongoing, positive change in their lives.
Book Three gives students all the tools they need to find the job that’s right for them, present themselves impressively on paper, interview with ease and succeed in the workplace. In Chapter 1: The Job Search, students will learn about the kinds of jobs that are available in their chosen fields, simple techniques for doing a thorough yet targeted job search, how to contact a prospective employer, and how to keep track of job leads. Chapter 2: Presenting Yourself on Paper, will help them turn their life and work experience into a stand-out resume and cover letter.
Additionally, students will be given a guide to help fill out all types of job applications, and to generate a comprehensive list of work references. Chapter 3: Preparing for the Interview, prepares them to ace job interviews with tips on presenting themselves as a consummate professional, handling even the toughest interview questions, and making a great final impression. Finally, in Chapter 4: Succeeding in the Workplace, students will identify both their strengths and areas for improvement so as to maximize their workplace potential and achieve the greatest possible personal and professional success.
