Need to get your life a little more organized? How about a paper planner?! I know, I know, why paper when we have smart phones and tablets? I thought the same thing. But, I was stressed and needed more organization in my life, so I decided to try it, and you know what? I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Life runs more smoothly and I feel a lot less stress knowing that I have everything written down in one place. So, I decided to design my own planner. This planner is printed on regular size paper, so it will be 8.5x11 inches. It is designed to be a desk planner, so if you're looking for something small and portable, this isn't for you. But, if you want something cute that contains enough space to write down everything swirling around in your head, then check this baby out!
I've designed this Life Planner for the busy SLP. It has everything you need to keep track of your work & personal life. It contains monthly and weekly spreads for each month of the year. Each month has its own design theme, making your planner a fun and colorful place to organize your life! The weekly spreads contain 5 sections. In my planner, these sections are: Important, Appointments, To Do, Dinner, and Journal Moment. Each weekly spread also contains a Weekly To Do section, and a Work To Do section. If you like those labels, you can print them as-is from the Months with Filled Tabs folder. If you prefer to write in your own titles for your tabs, you can print months with blank tabs in the Months with Blank Tabs folder.
This planner was designed to be a perpetual planner in that I have not included dates for a specific year. You will need to write in the dates in the monthly and weekly spreads. This allows you to use this calendar for years to come without worrying about product updates!
If you're interested, but still unsure, go ahead and download the preview. I've included a sample of the weekly spread that you can print and try out to see how you like it. Printing instructions are also included in the preview for you to review to make sure you can print the document as designed.
This product is a zip file that contains the following documents:
• Monthly and weekly spread in black and white.
There is a file for filled tabs, and a file for blank tabs. Each file includes 2 Notes pages, a monthly spread, and a weekly spread.
• Annual Appointments & Renewals page:
You can print off several of these for your various needs. For example, you may want to print one off for personal use to keep track of annual renewals, such as life or car insurance. You may also want to print one off for an at-a-glance look at when annual IEPs or 3-year reevaluations are due.
• Blank Checklists:
Print one off for each area of your life. You may want a checklist for things that need to be done daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly in your personal or work life.
• Blank To Do Lists
• SLP Therapy Planning Sheet:
Print off one or two weekly spreads per week (depending on the number of sessions you have in a day). There is space to write the session time and name of students, track attendance, and write a brief lesson plan. I've included an editable version of this file so that you can enter your students' names digitally. Simply open the document in PowerPoint and start typing!
• An editable black and white cover. This cover is editable so that you can insert your own initials.
