NEW: Do you wonder if there’s life way beyond our galaxy? Do your students wonder? This 20-line poem explores that wonder beyond – with a little unexpected twist at the end.

At one elementary school where I worked, each year we had a Popcorn & Poetry night. Every year I was asked to recite this poem so it really is one of my favorites. I’ve also used it in grade 7-10 regular and ESL English and speech classes. Probably like you, I enjoy resources I can use at any level. And I do like adding art to poems like this one.

Many thanks to my partner in writing, Grady Locklear, for allowing me to include this poem along with my own products. All of his works, written in verse, are exceedingly popular.
