As of November 17, 2020, there is a DIGITAL version included that is compatible with Google Slides. This is perfect for those of you who prefer working on a computer.

I was inspired to make this lifestyle planner + bullet journal when I realized I needed to take control of my life and focus on all aspects of my life– mentally, emotionally, physically and nutritionally.
