The circuit is an astable multivibrator, also known as a flip-flop circuit.

It generates an oscillating output signal that alternates between high and low states, causing the LEDs to flash.

The circuit uses NOR gates, an LDR, electrolytic capacitors, resistors, LEDs, and a 5-volt DC power supply.

Project document contains:

  1. Brief explanation of the circuit
