Need to organize those file folders?
As an naturally unorganized person, I found lots of ways to organize my teaching materials. I LOVE technology in the classroom, but that requires oodles of file folders for my work. I found that the easiest way to organize my files was to set up an organized grid on my desktop.
To use this desktop background, I click and drag the folders to their desired location. I place my typed plans, any supplemental materials that need to be printed, and any other documents I will need that day in the appropriate box. My plans are ready to go in case of an emergency.
