Vocabulary Match-Match definition to word (typically played like a memory game)
Spelling Unscramble-Using spelling words in textbook. Unscramble words. They CAN use their list, but should try without first.
Vocabulary Synonym/Antonym-Students practice matching S/A card to word card.
I typically printed these out each week on colored paper. Printing on card stock and laminating is also a good idea. My students rotated through centers with their color group, and within their color group they had a partner. These little cards receive a whole lot of us, so it was more useful to just print new ones each year.
Other center ideas: Partner reading. Completing the activities on the Storytown website. Handwriting :):) There are free websites where you can make cursive handwriting pages. I typically used those and slipped them into page protectors. They can also practice printing.
