There are FOUR total graphic organizers for helping students write linear equations. These give boxes to show exactly where students need to write numbers. These are great for a variety of accommodations and differentiating. Tactile learners will be sure to love these, as well as all students. I had a bunch of students say they really understood it because of these organizers.
Four organizers included:
1. writing an equation in slope-intercept given a point and slope
2. writing an equation in slope-intercept given two points
3. writing an equation in point-slope given a point and a slope
4. writing an equation in point-slope given two points
