These stations will help students to practice graphing linear equations. This is a great group activity to have them spread out around the room and have students rotate from station to station. The stations cover graphing in slope intercept, converting from standard then graphing, graphing using intercepts, graphing given a point and slope, graphing given a verbal description of the line, and finding a verbal description given the graph.
Another way that I sometimes like to use them is to put them in sheet protectors (way cheaper and less time consuming than laminating) and have students complete with a dry erase marker. Once they have completed, they bring me their work and I check it off and they can continue to the next station.
As an extension, I will have students go around helping other groups that are stuck. Or I have them make their own station to give to their group members to complete as more review.
