This foldable is seperated into three tabs:
Under each tab, students will write the form of the line and what information can be pulled out of that particular equation (slope, intercept, point, etc). It will then ask students to graph an equation in each of the three forms.
I felt that my students needed something to wrap up/ bring together each of the different forms of a line. I used this after I had spent a couple of days on each of them individually. It was a nice way for students to see the "big picture" and compare each of the forms in one place.
This is a GREAT item to add to your interactive notebook!
Answer key is included.
