Three forms of LINEAR EQUATIONS; standard form, slope-intercept form and point-slope form.
There are many skills our students must master to be successful in math.
This card sort activity will provide practice in working with and identifying the different forms of linear equations, an essential skill for success in algebra and beyond.
Students re-write linear equations to find an equivalent form of the equation. For variety and differentiation, you can start with any form and require students to find another form OR both other forms.
Very ittle prep …. these cards are ready to PRINT & GO
Use them to practice the concept, for refresher throughout the year, or just to reward your students with something "different!”
