This can be an individual activity or completed with a partner. Students will be given 10-30 puzzle pieces at a time depending on level of difficulty you desired. The objective is to match five pieces that relate to one linear relationship; the visual or verbal real world situation, equation, identification of y-intercept and slope, meaning of slope, and meaning of the y-intercept. Once matches are made, students will unscramble letters located on cards to complete short phrases. This enables students or teachers to easily and quickly check for accuracy.
