A different take on flash cards. Each puzzle contains 4 pieces, each with a different representation of a linear function. One piece has a function in Ax + By = C form, one has a graph, one has a function in y = mx + b form, and one has a set of ordered pairs. There are 8 puzzles. Puzzle pieces must be cut out (sorry!) for each student or group of students participating (or you can just do one set and have the whole class work together). Students must start with all 32 pieces shuffled together, then arrange them into eight 4-piece puzzles such that all four pieces represent the same linear function.
