Product Description

This is a 3-page test with 24 questions over linear functions & equations.

Specifically, on question #1 the student is given the graph of a line and asked to identify the slope and x- & y-intercept.

On questions 2 - 7, the student is given different scenarios such as the equation of a line, a table of values, 2 points, etc and asked to find the slope. Question #8, gives the student an equation of a line in standard form and asks them to graph the line and to identify the intercepts.

Question #9 asks the student to rewrite an equation from standard form to slope-intercept form and then to identify the slope and y-intercept. Question #10 asks the same thing, but the given equation is in point-slope form.

Question #11 asks the student to graph 3 lines written in slope-intercept form. Question #12 asks the student to graph the linear parent function and to identify it's domain and range.

Question #13 & 14 translate the linear parent function and ask the student to write the equation of the new line and questions #15 & 16 transform a given line and ask the students to write the equation of the new line.

Questions 17 - 24 ask the student to write the equation of the line in either slope-intercept form or point-slope form from given scenarios such as 2 points on the line, a table of values, a line that is parallel or perpendicular to the line, etc.

2 different forms of the test are included as well as a key for both.
