Description

Help focus your curriculum on big ideas. This framework is designed to accompany and guide the study on linear functions. We know that multiple representations are a key to communication and algebraic power. These guides provide a solid foundation for the rest of your curriculum and are ready to go day 1. I also have a free organizer sheet available for download that you may find helpful. Best of luck this school year!

These frameworks have been powerful tools for my students. They support connections which develop into problem solving strategies. I have saved time by condensing the curriculum to what is essential. More of my time is now spent on depth and investigations. Prior to these frameworks, I felt there was a lot of redundancy from "covering the text". Ideas also felt compartmentalized and disconnected. I still use the text, but it supports me now instead of the other way around.

Thank you. I used with my Algebra 2 students as a review to help them connect the concepts (that some still thought weren't related)
