This resource connects the verbal description (starting value and rate of change) to the equation, table and graph of a linear function by giving the student one of the 4 situations. They have to find the other 3. There are 14 problems in total, 7 pages.
Great classroom review activity for linear functions. I run these off front to back and then cut in half. I use these as a "Find Someone Who Activity". When they finish one, they can pick up another one and see how many they can finish in a class period and staple together at the end to make a review book. Key included.
