Use these 44 task cards to help students identify equivalent measurements between units within the U.S. Customary system (inches and feet; feet and yards; inches and yards; yards and miles). Students will determine an appropriate unit of measure (e.g., inch, foot, yard, or mile) to use when measuring everyday objects in U.S. Customary units.
There are two choices for a student answer sheet. One is with larger answer boxes and can be printed front and back. The other has smaller answer boxes. An answer key is included. These task cards will work for stations, partner work, independent practice, test prep, a game such as Scoot, and for early finishers.
These cards will print well in gray scale, but will look best if printed in color. They will work well in a baggie or hole punched and on a ring. I would suggest laminating them so you can use them for many years.
