This is a double-sided practice page on the difference between linear, quadratic and exponential functions.
The first 12 questions give the student a function and ask them to identify each as either linear, quadratic or exponential. One question is none of them. Questions 13 through 21 give the student a table of values and ask them to identify each as that of a linear, quadratic or exponential function.
Questions 22 through 27 give the student a graph and ask the same question.
Finally, questions 28 through 30 give the student a word problem containing an exponential equation and then ask them a question that can be answered on the calculator. These three questions are for the beginner as the equation is given and all the student has to do is use the table feature on the calculator to find the answer. 30 questions total. Key included.
