This is a game that can be played either as a whole class or in groups of 2-4 students. It involves practicing transformations (translations/vertical shift, reflections across the y-axis, and rotations/change in steepness) on linear equations. It does not cover other types of parent functions (i.e., absolute value, quadratic, etc.).
This is a game in which you print off the spinners, the equation cards, and the student "game boards" (which are really a series of coordinate planes). It is NOT an electronic game that you play on your computer or interactive white board. I want to be clear about that before you purchase.
It is great practice for students on this skill! It helps them understand how the graph changes when the slope or y-intercept changes.
