This is a foldable that covers the 3 forms of a line: Slope-Intercept Form, Standard Form, and Point-Slope Form
. The student can very easily put the foldable together by folding and making a few cuts. The 3 forms of a line are labeled on the outside. The inside of the flaps are labeled with the corresponding equation and an example that the student works out (including finding the pertinent parts of the line such as its slope and y-intercept). Each line is then graphed. Great way to compare and contrast the 3 forms of a line! Directions and photos of completed project included. 4 pages.
